Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Marinade:
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
For the Pitas & Toppings:
  • 4 pita breads or flatbreads
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ½ cup homemade or store-bought tzatziki sauce
  • Fresh parsley or dill chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, lemon, garlic, and spices.
  2. Air fry chicken at 380°F for 8–10 minutes.
  3. Warm pita bread in the air fryer.
  4. Fill pitas with chicken, veggies, feta, and tzatziki.
  5. Serve fresh and enjoy.
