Ingredients
  

For the Sandwich Filling:
  • 1 can tuna in water drained
  • 1 ½ tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
For Assembling:
  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • ½ cup fresh arugula leaves
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil optional, for bread

Method
 

  1. Mix drained tuna with light mayo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toast sourdough slices lightly.
  3. Spread tuna on one slice of bread.
  4. Layer arugula on top, then close with the other slice.
  5. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
