Ingredients
  

For the Crust:
  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling:
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package instant banana pudding mix 3.4 oz
  • 1 cup whole milk
For the Topping:
  • cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 large banana sliced for garnish

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed wafers, butter, and sugar; press into a pan and bake.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold banana pudding into the batter and pour over the crust.
  4. Bake, cool, and refrigerate until fully set.
  5. Top with whipped cream, crushed wafers, and fresh banana slices.
