Ingredients
  

For the Fried Rice:
  • 2 cups cooked rice chilled
  • 8 oz beef steak thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables like peas and carrots
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook beef in hot oil and set aside.
  2. Sauté onion, garlic, and vegetables.
  3. Scramble eggs in pan.
  4. Add rice with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  5. Return beef, toss well, and serve hot.
