For the Chicken Stir Fry:

skinless chicken breast cut into bite size cubes

medium onions cut into one inch cubes

large green bell pepper cut into one inch cubes

For the Sauce:

light soy sauce

dark soy sauce

toasted sesame oil

rice vinegar

Method
Coat chicken with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Sear chicken in hot oil and set aside.
Stir fry vegetables and aromatics, then return chicken and sauce.
Cook until glossy and serve hot.
