Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp & Broccoli
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced (optional)
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
For the Black Pepper Sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce optional
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Blanch broccoli and set aside.
  2. Whisk together all sauce ingredients.
  3. Stir-fry garlic, ginger, and shrimp until pink.
  4. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and sauce. Toss and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
