  • 1 ripe avocado peeled and mashed
  • 4 slices of cheese cheddar, provolone, or mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil for toasting
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
Optional toppings:

Method
