Method
- Cook pasta until al dente, reserve pasta water.
- Mix bruschetta topping: tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, balsamic.
- Cook chicken seasoned with Italian spices until golden. Slice.
- Toss pasta with bruschetta topping and chicken. Add pasta water if needed.
- Serve with parmesan, basil, and balsamic glaze on top.
