  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic halved
For the Classic Tomato Basil Topping:
  • 2 medium tomatoes diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Creamy Avocado Topping:
  • 1 ripe avocado mashed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and chili flakes to taste
For the Roasted Red Pepper Topping:
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • A pinch of salt
Optional Garnishes:
  • Crumbled feta or mozzarella pearls
