For the Zucchini Breadsticks:

grated zucchini
about 2 medium

For the Topping:

Method
Grate and squeeze zucchini dry.
Mix zucchini, egg, cheese, and seasonings into a base.
Shape into a rectangle and bake 12–15 minutes.
Top with cheese and seasonings, then bake another 8–10 minutes.
Slice, garnish, and serve hot.
