Method
Slice and season chicken.
Sear in oil and butter until golden. Remove from skillet.
Sauté garlic, add broth, cream, and mustard.
Stir in Parmesan and wilt spinach.
Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
