Italian seasoning dried thyme and oregano

For the Sauce:

bacon cooked and chopped

white mushrooms sliced

sprigs fresh thyme

Method
Season chicken thighs well.
Brown chicken until skin turns golden.
Cook bacon and mushrooms in the same skillet.
Add cream and thyme then simmer.
Return chicken and cook until tender.
