Ingredients
  

For chicken tenders:
  • 1 lb chicken tenders or chicken breast strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 green onions chopped (for garnish)
  • Vegetable oil for frying
For sauce:
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup cooked bacon bits
  • ½ cup ranch dressing

Method
 

  1. Coat tenders in flour, egg, then panko.
  2. Cook tenders in hot oil until golden, 4–5 minutes per side.
  3. Melt cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, ranch in saucepan until smooth.
  4. Drizzle sauce over tenders or serve on side; garnish with green onions.
