Ingredients
  

For the Crispy Chicken:
  • 2 large chicken breasts sliced into thin cutlets
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil for frying
For the Creamy Pasta:
  • 12 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Dredge chicken cutlets, coat with panko-parmesan mixture, and pan-fry until golden.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.
  3. Make garlic-parmesan cream sauce and toss pasta in it.
  4. Slice chicken and place over pasta.
  5. Garnish and serve warm.
