  • 6 large buttery croissants torn into pieces
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Savory Filling:
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or breakfast sausage
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or gruyère
For the Topping:
  • 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tbsp melted butter optional, for brushing

Method
