Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt as needed
Homemade Sazon:
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For Cooking and Serving:
  • Extra olive oil for the pan
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley chopped
  • Lime wedges
  • Sauteed Onions optional

Method
 

  1. Mix all homemade sazon spices.
  2. Season chicken with oil, lime, garlic, salt, and sazon.
  3. Pan sear chicken until golden and cooked through.
  4. Rest briefly and finish with fresh lime and herbs.
