Ingredients
  

For the Pasta and Sauce:
  • 12 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef or sausage or a mix
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 jar 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Creamy Layer:
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup heavy cream or milk
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
For Topping:
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti until al dente and set aside.
  2. Brown ground meat with onion and garlic. Add sauce and seasoning.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, milk, and Parmesan.
  4. Layer pasta, sauce, creamy mix, and cheese in a baking dish.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
