Ingredients
  

For the Sandwiches:
  • 4 large buttery croissants split in half
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of cheddar Swiss, or American cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon ham, or sausage patties
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional Add-ins:
  • Fresh spinach or arugula leaves
  • Sliced avocado
  • Tomato slices
  • Hot sauce or aioli spread
  • Red onion thinly sliced

Method
 

  1. Toast croissants at 350°F for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Cook scrambled eggs with butter, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat bacon, ham, or sausage until ready.
  4. Assemble croissants with meat, eggs, and cheese.
  5. Return to oven for 3–5 minutes until cheese melts. Serve warm.
