Ingredients
  

For the Rolls:
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or biscuit dough
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage crumbled
  • 4 large eggs scrambled softly
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk for scrambling the eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter for greasing the pan and brushing tops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Add-ins:
  • Diced bell peppers or onions
  • Chopped spinach or mushrooms
  • Crumbled bacon or ham instead of sausage
  • A sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning on top

Method
 

  1. Cook sausage until browned and crumbly.
  2. Scramble eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Flatten dough pieces and add sausage, eggs, and cheese.
  4. Seal, roll, and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes until golden.
  6. Serve warm.
