- Slice steak, season lightly, and prep shrimp.
- Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Sear steak 2–3 minutes, set aside.
- Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes, set aside.
- Stir-fry broccoli, snap peas, and bell pepper.
- Return steak and shrimp, add sauce, toss to coat.
- Top with green onions, serve over rice or noodles.
