Method
- Brown sausage in oil, remove, and set aside.
- Sauté onion, pepper, celery, and garlic.
- Stir in rice and seasonings, toast briefly.
- Add broth and sausage, simmer covered 20 minutes.
- Stir in shrimp, cook until pink.
- Garnish with green onions and parsley. Serve hot.
