Ingredients
  

Base Mixture:
  • 10 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk any kind works
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Add-ins choose your favorites:
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped spinach or kale
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup cooked bacon bits or sausage
  • 2 tablespoons diced onions
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta or goat cheese
Optional Toppings:
  • Chopped chives or parsley
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • Hot sauce for serving

Method
 

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add veggies, cheese, and meats to muffin cups.
  3. Pour egg mixture over fillings.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until set.
  5. Cool, store, and reheat as needed.
