  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 strips turkey bacon
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 1 whole wheat or spinach tortilla large size
  • 1 tsp olive oil or butter for cooking
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Add-ins:
  • Shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • Tomato slices
  • Red onion slices

Method
 

  1. Cook 2 strips of turkey bacon until crispy.
