Method
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Stir in melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
- Whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Fold dry ingredients into the banana mixture.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle extra chips on top if you want.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 55–65 minutes.
- Cool, slice, and enjoy warm.
