12 oz dark ale or light beer

For the Seasoning:

Method
Sauté onion, garlic, and beef until browned.
Add tomatoes, paste, spices, broth, and beer. Simmer 30–40 minutes.
Stir in beans and cook until thickened.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings like cheese, avocado, or chips.
