Ingredients
  

For the Dough:
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil divided
  • 3 ⅓ cups all purpose flour 416 g
  • 1 packet instant yeast 2 ¼ teaspoons
  • 1 ½ teaspoons white granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ⅔ cups warm water 110 to 115°F
For the Topping:
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Sea salt
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Mix warm water, sugar, yeast, oil, salt, and flour into a soft dough.
  2. Let it rise until doubled.
  3. Press into a pan with olive oil.
  4. Dimple the dough and add rosemary and sea salt.
  5. Bake at 425°F until golden.
  6. Cool slightly and slice.
