Ingredients
  

For the Beef Filling:
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 preferred
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Garlic Butter:
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
For Assembling the Sliders:
  • 12 soft dinner rolls Hawaiian rolls work great
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef with onions, garlic, and spices.
  2. Mix the garlic butter and set it aside.
  3. Assemble sliders with beef, cheese, and rolls.
  4. Brush tops with garlic butter and bake until golden.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy.
