Ingredients
  

For the Ramen Stir Fry:
  • 3 packs instant ramen noodles discard seasoning packets
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 small carrot julienned
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce optional, for depth
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional, for heat
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan or mozzarella optional, for a cheesy finish
Optional Protein Add-Ins:
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp sliced chicken breast, or thinly sliced beef

Method
 

  1. Cook ramen noodles until just tender, then set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic, onions, and vegetables in butter until fragrant.
  3. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and seasonings to build the sauce.
  4. Toss noodles in the skillet until coated and glossy.
  5. Garnish and serve warm.
