Ingredients
  

For the Skillet:
  • 1 medium head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 10 oz cremini or button mushrooms sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for heat
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • Juice of half a lemon

Method
 

  1. Prep cauliflower, mushrooms, and garlic.
  2. Cook cauliflower in a skillet until golden.
  3. Add mushrooms and sauté until tender.
  4. Stir in garlic, seasonings, and lemon juice.
  5. Top with parsley and serve warm.
