For the Potatoes

large potatoes
thinly sliced

olive oil or melted butter

salt

black pepper
For the Garlic Butter

tbsp
butter
melted
3
garlic cloves
minced

tsp
fresh thyme or rosemary
optional
Pinch
of salt and pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease muffin tin.
Slice potatoes thinly.
Mix garlic butter and layer between potato slices.
Bake covered 30 minutes, uncovered 15–20 minutes.
Cool slightly and serve warm.
