Ingredients
  

For the Dark Chocolate Cookies:
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup extra dark chocolate chunks for gooey centers

Method
 

  1. Melt butter and dark chocolate until smooth.
  2. Mix in sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Fold in dry ingredients and shape dough balls.
  4. Add extra chocolate chunks and bake until edges set.
  5. Serve warm for ultimate gooeyness.
