Method
- Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
- Combine olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, and Greek seasoning. Coat chicken thoroughly.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a small drizzle of olive oil. It can also be prepared on a grill using skewers.
- Cook chicken in a single layer, turning occasionally, until golden and fully cooked.
- Let rest for a few minutes, then serve with pita, salad, or rice.
