For the Sauce:

For Serving:

Method
Brown ground beef until slightly crispy.
Stir fry peppers, onions, garlic, and ginger.
Whisk the sauce ingredients and pour over the mixture.
Simmer until glossy and thickened.
Serve over rice and garnish with toppings.
