Ingredients
  

For the Pasta Base:
  • 12 oz penne or rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Alfredo Sauce:
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Hot Honey Drizzle:
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 ½ tbsp hot sauce adjust to taste
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
For the Topping:
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
Optional Add-Ins:
  • 1 cup sautéed mushrooms
  • 1 cup roasted broccoli
  • ½ cup crispy bacon crumbles

Method
 

  1. Boil pasta until al dente, then set aside.
  2. Sear seasoned chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Make Alfredo sauce with butter, garlic, cream, and cheeses.
  4. Combine pasta, chicken, and sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan, then bake until bubbly.
  6. Drizzle hot honey on top, garnish, and serve warm.
