Ingredients
  

For the Pretzel Bites:
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups warm water 110°F
  • 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast 1 packet
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • cup baking soda for boiling water bath
  • 8 cups water for boiling
  • Flaky salt for topping
For the Hot Honey Butter:
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • cup honey
  • 1 ½ tbsp hot sauce adjust to preference
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
For the Whipped Feta Dip:
  • 8 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Make dough, let rise, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Boil pretzel bites briefly in a baking soda bath.
  3. Bake until golden brown and soft inside.
  4. Prepare hot honey butter and whipped feta dip.
  5. Brush pretzels with honey butter, serve warm with dip.
