Ingredients
  

For the Board:
  • 1 large container classic hummus
  • 1 container roasted red pepper hummus optional
  • 1 bag pita chips plain, sea salt, or garlic flavor
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup carrot sticks
  • 1 cup celery sticks
  • ½ cup assorted olives green and black
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers sliced
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese optional
  • Fresh parsley or mint for garnish
  • Olive oil and a pinch of paprika for drizzling
Optional Add-ons:
  • Marinated artichokes
  • Mini pickles
  • Roasted chickpeas for extra crunch
  • Lemon wedges for freshness

Method
 

  1. Arrange hummus bowls on a large platter.
  2. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle paprika.
  3. Add pita chips, veggies, and olives around the hummus.
  4. Garnish with herbs and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
