Method
 

  1. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla, then stir until smooth.
  3. Cook mini pancakes until golden on both sides.
  4. Thread pancakes and fruit onto skewers and drizzle with syrup.
