Ingredients
  

For the Cabbage Steaks:
  • 1 large green cabbage
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
For Garnish:
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese optional
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Slice cabbage into 1-inch steaks.
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic, and seasonings for the butter blend.
  3. Brush both sides of the cabbage generously.
  4. Roast at 425°F for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Garnish with parsley, parmesan, and lemon wedges.
