Ingredients
  

For the Bowls:
  • lbs ribeye or sirloin steak thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Cheese Layer:
  • cups provolone cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
For the Base:
  • 4 cups cooked white rice or mashed potatoes
For Garnish:
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Extra cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Slice the steak and veggies.
  2. Sear steak until browned and tender.
  3. Sauté onions, peppers, mushrooms, and garlic.
  4. Combine steak, veggies, and cheese in the skillet.
  5. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes and top with more cheese.
