Ingredients
  

For the Oat Crackers:
  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano or mixed herbs
  • cup warm water add more if needed
For the Dip (optional):
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Method
 

  1. Blend oats into flour.
  2. Mix with whole wheat flour, olive oil, herbs, salt, and water to form dough.
  3. Roll thin, cut into shapes, and bake at 350°F for 15–18 minutes.
  4. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic for dip.
  5. Serve together once crackers cool.
