- Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs.
- Brown meatballs in a skillet, then transfer to slow cooker.
- Sauté onions and mushrooms, add broth, ketchup, and Worcestershire, then pour over meatballs.
- Cook on low 5–6 hours or high 3 hours.
- Thicken with cornstarch slurry, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
