  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling:
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream
For the Chocolate Layer:
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • For the Marshmallow Topping:
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
Optional Add-Ons:
  • Peanut butter drizzle

Method
 

  1. Make a graham cracker crust and bake lightly.
  2. Beat cheesecake filling and pour over crust.
