Ingredients
  

For the Salmon Patties:
  • 2 cans 14.75 oz each pink salmon, drained and flaked
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
  • ¼ cup onion finely diced
  • ¼ cup bell pepper finely diced
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp milk if needed for moisture
For Frying:
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
Optional Garnishes:
  • Fresh lemon wedges
  • Chopped green onions

Method
 

  1. Drain salmon and mix with breadcrumbs, onion, pepper, eggs, and seasonings.
  2. Form mixture into patties.
  3. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with lemon wedges or dipping sauce.
