Ingredients
  

For the Potatoes & Sausages:
  • lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 1 lb smoked sausages sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Cheese Topping:
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For Garnish (Optional):
  • Fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Roast baby potatoes until golden and crispy.
  2. Brown sliced sausage pieces in a skillet.
  3. Combine potatoes and sausages, then top with cheddar and mozzarella.
  4. Bake until cheese melts and coats everything evenly.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
