Ingredients
  

For the Cheesecake Filling:
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup diced fresh strawberries
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam
  • For the Eggrolls:
  • 12 eggroll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying
For the Coating:
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Optional Toppings:
  • Powdered sugar dusting
  • Melted chocolate drizzle
  • Whipped cream for dipping

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, strawberries, and jam.
  2. Spoon filling into eggroll wrappers, fold, and seal.
  3. Fry until golden brown and drain.
  4. Roll in cinnamon sugar, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
