Tennessee Onions

Ingredients
  

For the Tennessee Onions:
  • 3 to 4 large Vidalia onions or any sweet onions
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Slice onions and arrange in a baking dish.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Pour melted butter on top.
  4. Add cheeses evenly and bake until golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy.
