For the Chicken and Stir Fry:

boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced thin

half teaspoon garlic powder
Black pepper to taste

cornstarch

olive oil divided

garlic minced

half red bell pepper sliced

half medium onion sliced

broccoli florets
For the Teriyaki Sauce:

half cup chicken broth

mirin

tablespoons
soy sauce

teaspoon
rice vinegar

quarter cup packed brown sugar

cornstarch

grated fresh ginger
Method
Slice and season chicken then coat with cornstarch.
Brown chicken in olive oil and set aside.
Cook vegetables until crisp tender.
Whisk sauce ingredients together.
Return chicken to pan and simmer with sauce until thick.
