For Tuna Melt Patties:

drained

breadcrumbs
panko or regular

shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

mayonnaise

egg
lightly beaten

Dijon mustard

lemon juice

Salt and black pepper

Optional Add-ins:

Method
Mix tuna, breadcrumbs, cheese, onion, egg, mayo, mustard, and lemon juice.
