Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 2 slices Vegan ham
  • 1/4 tsp Poultry seasoning
Refrigerated
  • 1 cup Non dairy milk unsweetened and unflavored
  • 1 block Super firm tofu 16 ounces
Condiments
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 5 tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
Nuts & Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Raw cashews
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Dairy (Vegan)
  • 1 slice Vegan Swiss
Liquids
  • 3/4 cup Filtered water

Method
 

  1. Slice tofu and season it.
  2. Blend cashew cream until smooth.
  3. Add vegan ham, cheese, and cashew cream between tofu slices.
  4. Coat with flour, milk, and panko.
  5. Cook until crisp and golden.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
