Method
- Sauté onion, garlic, mushrooms, bell pepper, and spinach until tender.
- Crumble tofu in a bowl, season with turmeric, nutritional yeast, black salt, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Mix tofu with cooked veggies.
- Spread mixture in a greased baking dish and add vegan cheese.
- Arrange tater tots on top and bake at 375°F for 35–40 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Cool slightly before serving.
